About Creative Beginnings CIC powerful and impactful journey!
Music and drama is what Creative Beginnings specialise in, empowering vulnerable young people is our forte, however so is working with young people who are (NEET)
Not in education employment or training.
But this is not all we do...…..
Over the last twelve years Creative Beginnings has worked within primary & secondary schools, Pupil referral units, youth hostels, theatres, social care, festivals, holiday camps, rugby clubs. Alongside this we offer one to one tutoring, mentoring & advocacy.
In 2011, I got the opportunity to direct "Embrace Life" which raised HIV awareness amongst homeless young people. This was funded by the HIV charity Embrace Life.
In 2014, one of the groups Creative Beginnings was doing workshops with at the Creative mind's festival, won a two hundred pound "People's Choice Award". For their impeccable performance and song writing.
In 2018 We were runner up for Luton's best for;
"Outstanding Teacher of the year"
